In the land of rock lobster

In 2008 I was invited by an European project to go to New Zealand Institute for Crop & Food Research, in Oakland and in Nelson. As you can imagine I could not refuse such an amazing opportunity. I participated  in the Project Food Frenz 2008.

The main aims of the Food Frenz Project were sharing experiences:

  1. to build relationships between consumers, industry and knowledge providers in EU and NZ
  2. to develop best practice for delivery of sustainable, safe, quality seafood in the EU and NZ

In my case I was interested in the rock lobster industry. Here you can find my PDF repport. Below are some photos taken by me during this study visit.
